Community Care Partnership of Maine (CCPM) is proud to announce its recognition as one of the 2025 Best Places to Work in Maine, as ranked by the Best Companies Group in partnership with the Maine State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management and BridgeTower Media. This prestigious honor places CCPM third statewide in the small employer category (15–49 employees), reflecting the organization’s commitment to workplace excellence and employee satisfaction.
The Best Places to Work in Maine awards program identifies, recognizes, and honors the best places of employment in Maine through a rigorous evaluation of workplace policies, practices, and demographics, as well as an extensive employee survey. The final rankings are determined by a combined assessment of these factors, with employee feedback comprising 75% of the overall score.
