CCPM first entered the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) in 2016. Now in its ninth year of participation, CCPM has cumulatively generated more than $98.2 million in savings in 9 consecutive years of success (2016-2024) in the Medicare Shared Savings Program, resulting in total net payments of $40.4 million. CCPM has distributed the majority of these savings on to participating member organizations to reinvest in their organizations and communities.
