CCPM first entered the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) in 2016. Now in its eighth year of participation, CCPM has cumulatively generated more than $80.4 million in savings in 8 consecutive years of success (2016-2023) in the Medicare Shared Savings Program, resulting in total net payments of $33.6 million. CCPM has distributed the majority of these savings on to participating member organizations to reinvest in their organizations and communities.
