CCPM is pleased to offer a service line to provide situational mentoring and support to providers across CCPM’s member organizations. The service is provided by Dr. Noah Nesin, CCPM’s Medical Director for Research & Innovation, who brings decades of experience in family medicine and executive leadership. Dr. Nesin offers knowledge and subject matter expertise related to a specific task, skill or topic (see examples below). The mentorship relationship is designed to be a one-time event, intermittent or ongoing (short term) engagement that focuses on achieving a specific purpose or goal. Dr. Nesin has same day availability to support mentees.
