CCPM’s staff have expertise and capacity to support a variety of needs, from helping stand up a new office, to running and delivering HealthInfoNet (HIN) reports, to informing refinement and/or creation of policies and procedures. Consultative support is provided by request based on the individuals needs of member organizations.

Each member organizations meets regularly with CCPM’s staff to develop, track and deploy a personalized Quality Improvement Plan. CCPM staff provide project coordination support in the form of Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles and bring forth meaningful, actionable data to support each organization’s quality improvement work.
